MEP Services is the energy-related services arm of Equans North America (NA) covering the Northeast U.S. Equans is made up of businesses in 17 different countries that collectively employ 72,000 people, including 4,500 individuals the U.S. and Canada. Equans is a major supplier of electricity, natural gas, energy storage, utility services and more. As part of this energy-centric business model, Equans MEP Services Northeast provides all types of HVAC and mechanical services but focuses on delivering a full range of energy and efficiency products and services including:

- Project design, LEED analysis & management
- Building Information Modeling (BIM)
