Senior Engineer- highly proficient in mechanical and plumbing design who will lead the engineering effort for our important projects. The candidate is responsible for managing projects as the Engineer of Record, managing schedules and budgets, preparing proposals, communicating with the design team, interfacing with clients, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity at all times. Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer with expert knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, controls, and process/industrial systems. Must have your PE-Licensed Professional Engineer. Project Sales Representative (HVAC)-Responsible for the development of new business, prospecting, setting sales appointments, meeting sales quotas, identifying customer needs, and have an understanding of mechanical systems in order to appraise, estimate and inventory system components/needs. Develop the Connecticut territory by selling HVAC maintenance contracts and projects to commercial & industrial accounts. Location: Boston, MA
HVAC Controls Specialist/Programmer- Coordinate the installation of controls systems per engineered drawings and specifications. Install controllers, electronic sensors, control panels, or other electronic devices. Thoroughly test and check controls and systems as well as install and debug programs. Completes software programming utilizing standards as required. Location: Boston, MA.
HVAC Controls Sales Representative-Develop and grow our controls business across the Northeast U.S. market, serving commercial, healthcare, institutional/higher education, and industrial sectors. Prospects, builds and manages long term partnerships with targeted building owner accounts, MEP consultants,and mechanical contractors to identify and evaluate Building Automation opportunities. Location: Allentown, PA
Assistant Project Manager- Assist in managing various mechanical construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently and effectively. Work directly with building owners, construction managers, engineers, and architects. Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with specifications. Gain exposure to all areas of the construction process and eventually move into a project manager role. Location: Allentown, PA
