The project was a renovation of an existing pharmaceutical facility and laboratory formerly used for topical medication products. We provided all CAD modeling (from P&ID diagrams), equipment and piping layout, process piping including High Volume Paste, ingredient piping, favor piping, other process piping, instrumentation, storage tanks, and packaging for the toothpaste manufacturing facility utilizing cGMP practices and full QA/QC documentation required for FDA regulatory approval. Stainless steel pipe racks for High Volume Paste and favors were prefabricated from the 3D model.
