This LEED Gold project included the reconfiguration of the school of government campus joining the existing structures with three new structures around a new courtyard while keeping the campus functional. 91,000 square feet of classrooms, offices and dining facilities with food services were added with a enclosed Winter Garden for year round communal space. The existing Taubman Building chiller plant was modernized with two Multistack Chillers and cooling tower, as well as the infrastructure for a new 900 ton chiller plant.

Our multiple locations also allow us to serve all of the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast U.S.
