South Shore Plaza
This project included the expansion of the existing mall to add 148,726 square feet of small shops and also built 134,340 square feet of lower level core/shell space which became a Target Super Store before the project completion. A packaged roof mounted chiller plant served the small shops and common space. The Target store required roughing in of all risers for store refrigeration systems and packaged gas fired roof units with duct risers to the Target space.
